La naranja es uno de los frutos más populares en México, colocando al país en el quinto lugar a nivel mundial por su capacidad de producción. Sin embargo, la baja rentabilidad de esta actividad y la falta de valor agregado al producto final, para los productores en la región de estudio, a pesar de que el Municipio de Venustiano Carranza ocupa el cuarto lugar a nivel estatal, en cuanto a valor de la producción, motivo por el cual el objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la red de innovación y comercialización en la producción de naranja. El análisis de innovación y comercialización permitió conocer las interrelaciones entre los diferentes actores y la forma en que se puede generar valor. Para realizar el análisis se utilizaron indicadores como el INAI, densidad, centralidad, difusores y colectores. Asimismo, se realizó un análisis económico y análisis estadístico mediante la correlación de Pearson. Los resultados indican que existe un bajo índice de adopción de innovaciones, ubicando a los productores en tres estratos, no existe valor agregado y la venta del producto es principalmente en pie de árbol (huerta), lo que provoca un alto grado de intermediación y en consecuencia se tiene una baja rentabilidad de la producción de naranja. \ |

The orange is one of the most popular fruits in Mexico, placing to the country in the fifth place worldwide for his capacity of production. Nevertheless, the low profitability of this activity and the lack of value added to the final product, for the producers in the region of study, in spite of the fact that Venustiano Carranza's Municipality occupies the fourth place statewide, as for value of the production, motive for which the aim of this work was to analyze the network of innovation and commercialization in the production of orange. The analysis of innovation and commercialization allowed to know the interrelationships between the different actors and the form in which it is possible to generate value. To realize the analysis indicators were in use as the INAI, density, centralidad, diffusers and harvest. Likewise, an economic analysis and statistical analysis was realized by means of Pearson's correlation. The results indicate that there exists a low index of adoption of innovations, locating the producers in three strata, added value does not exist and the sale of the product is principally in foot of tree (garden), which provokes a high degree of intermediation and in consequence there is had low profitability o the production of orange. |
