Was determined the colonial and microscopic morphology of the strain, and subsequently cultured in liquid (broth yeast extract-mannitol), the incubation time was 72 hours, at the end of which, cells were separated by centrifugation at 1500 rpm for 15 minutes, performing three washes with NaCl21%.The cell pack was refrigerated for subsequent development and testing of inoculant. |
