Los límites de sensibilidad se encuentran para el aumento del precio de la materia prima, el proyecto llega a soportar un aumento de hasta el 65%; para la disminución del precio de venta el proyecto puede mantenerse como viable con una disminución de hasta un 13%, además el proyecto logra soportar aumento del 70% en su inversión. De acuerdo a los datos obtenidos, se determinó que el proyecto es factible desde el punto de vista económico, técnico y social, debido a que existen los medios necesarios y condiciones favorables en cuanto a disponibilidad de mano de obra, materia prima, vías de acceso y mercado potencial. The present work was carried out in order to see the feasibility to establish a yogurt processing plant in the municipality of Ocotlán, Jalisco for Alianza Ganadera of the Ciénega. The economic benefit of the project lies in the socio-productor will receive a higher price for milk to transform it into yogurt and generate added value unlike which is marketed as cold milk. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility, profitability and risk of the project is presented an opinion on the appropriateness and conditions for the aggregation of the yogurt production line Project It has been determined that it is necessary to make an investment of 1,735,000.00, being the investment sets and deferred of 1,567,000.00 with a working capital of 168,000.00, the analysis was carried out to 10 years, obtaining financial assessment an internal rate of return (TIR) of 39.9% and establishing a minimum acceptable return rate (TREMA) of 20%. Sensitivity limits are for the increase of the price of the raw material, the project comes to bear an increase of up to 65%; lowering the selling price the project can keep how viable a decrease up to 13%, also project manages to withstand the 70% increase in their investment. According to the obtained data, it was determined that the project is feasible from the point of view of economic, technical and social, since there are the means and favorable conditions in terms of availability of labour, raw materials, access roads and market potential. |
