El presente estudio reúne elementos técnicos, económicos y sociales para determinar la factibilidad, la rentabilidad y el nivel de riesgo de invertir en la construcción de un centro de acopio de cacahuate. La localización de la empresa será en Chiautla de Tapia, Puebla, en la región productora de cacahuate del Estado. Para este proyecto se determinó que es necesaria una inversión de $3,418,147 siendo $2,987,911 de inversión fija y $430,235 de capital de trabajo, del cual los socios aportarán un monto de $570,000 y el resto $2,848,147 se obtendrá mediante crédito refaccionario. Se dictaminó que el proyecto es viable ya que se obtuvo una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 30%, valor que resulta mayor a la Tasa de Rendimiento Mínima Aceptable (que se fijó en 14.5%). Se obtuvo un Valor Actual Neto de $3,572,935 que es mayor que cero y se obtuvo una Relación Beneficio Costo de $1.21 valor que resulta mayor que 1. Se concluyó que la construcción y puesta en marcha del centro de acopio de cacahuate es técnica, económica, social y ambientalmente factible. --

The present study reunites technical, economic and social elements to determine the feasibility, the yield and the risk level of investing in the construction of one center of gathering of peanut. The location of the plant will be in Chiautla de Tapia, Puebla in the producing region of peanut of the state. For this project one determined that an investment is necessary of $3,418,147 being $2,987,911 of fixed investment and $430,235 of work capital, of which the partners will contribute an amount of $570,000 and the rest $2,848,147 it will be obtained by means of repairing credits. It was considered that the project is viable since an Internal Rate of Return of 30%, value that is greater to the Rate of Acceptable Minimum Yield (that fixed in 14.5%). obtained a Net Present Value of $3,572,935, it is greater than zero and obtained a relation benefit cost of $1.21 for the project value greater than one. It’s concluded that the construction and beginning of one center of gathering of peanut are technical, economic, social and environmentally feasible.
