El chile pimiento (Capsicum annuum L.) es uno de los principales productos de agricultura en el estado de Jalisco ocupando el segundo lugar después del jitomate (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill). Generalmente el pimiento se comercializa en fresco para consumo directo o como materia prima para la industria del pimenton, pastas, salsas etc. El objetivo del presente proyecto es verificar la viabilidad de la instalación de una unidad de producción de 40,000m2 de chile pimiento en invernadero así como el diseño de una línea de empaque del producto terminado. En el análisis financiero para la instalación de los invernadero y la línea de empaque se estimo un presupuesto de inversión inicial de $ 13, 841, 580.57, obteniéndose los siguientes razones financieras VAN=10, 175, 981.10, TIR=38.24%, B/C=1.34, TREMA=31, además no mostraron ser sensibles tanto para el aumento en los insumos así como el decremento en los ingresos. Lo anterior, indica viabilidad financiera para llevar a cabo el proyecto. --

The objective of the present project is to verify the viability of the installation of a unit of production of 40,000m2 of bell pepper in greenhouse as well as the design of a line of packing of the finished product. In the financial analysis for the installation of the greenhouse and the line of packing estimates a budget of initial investment of $ 13, 841, 580, 57, obtaining the following financial reasons VAN=10, 175, 981, 10, TIR=38.24%, B/C=1.34, TREMA=31, in addition they as much did not show to be sensible for the increase in the consumptions as well as the decrement in the income. The previous thing indicates financial viability to carry out the project.
