En el presente trabajo se desarrolla un estudio de factibilidad técnico-económico para el establecimiento de una industria Atolera de trigo integral, que ayudará al aprovechamiento de la materia prima, creando fuentes de empleo, mejorando el ingreso de los productores y contribuyendo en el crecimiento del municipio. El municipio de Jilotepec, Estado de México es un lugar apropiado, ya que reúne las condiciones necesarias en cuanto a abasto de materia prima, vías de comunicación y cercanía con el Distrito Federal.
La inversión total requerida para llevar acabo dicho proyecto es de $ 37, 594, 231.30 con una aportación de los socios de $10,478,166.14 y un financiamiento del $21,423,565.17 y la aportación de dependencias gubernamentales como son FONAES, FAPPA-PROMUSAG y PYMES de $5,692,500.00.
Los resultados obtenidos de este estudio muestran que el proyecto es viable técnica y económicamente. Presentando una Tasa de Rentabilidad para la empresa de 68 % y 40 % para el proyecto, los cuales son superior a la TREMA de 14.17 %. El proyecto además presenta un Valor Actual Neto de $ 76, 187, 341.00, y una Relación Beneficio Costo B/C de 2.5, confirmando la rentabilidad del proyecto. --

In the present study develops an investment project, carrying out a technical and economic feasibility study for the establishment of an industry Atolera of wheat, which will help the use of raw, creating sources of employment, improving the income of the producers and contributing to the growth of the municipality. The municipality of Jilotepec, Mexico State is an appropriate place, since it meets the necessary conditions in terms of raw material supply, roads and proximity to the Federal District. The total investment required to carry out this project is $37, 594, 231.30 with a contribution of the partners $10,478,166.14 and the funding $21,423,565.17 and the contribution of government agencies such as FONAES, FAPPA-PROMUSAG and PYMES $5,692,500.00. The results of this study show that the project is feasible technically and economically. Presenting a rate of profitability for the company of 68% and 40% for the project, which are superior to the TREMA of 14.17%.The project also has a net present value of $76, 187, 341.00, and relationship benefit cost Rb/c of 2.5, confirming the profitability of the project.
