Con el siguiente diagnóstico en el Bajo Papaloapan se obtuvo un conocimiento más amplio de la situación actual de la agricultura y de las agroindustrias en dicha región, esto debido a que no existe un estudio de este tipo. En el diagnostico realizado en los Estados de Veracruz y Oaxaca, se abarcaron los municipios de Juan Rodríguez Clara, Ciudad Isla y José Azueta pertenecientes al Estado de Veracruz y Loma Bonita perteneciente al Estado de Oaxaca. Para la elaboración de este diagnóstico en la Región Piñera del bajo Papaloapan, se abordaron las siguientes categorías que fueron la metodología a seguir para la realización del diagnostico las cuales fueron: ámbito de la producción agrícola, tipos de usos del suelo, formas de usos del suelo, tipos de productores (superficie cultivada, fuente de financiamiento, costos de producción, canales de comercialización) y tipos de agricultura. Se obtuvo que la falta de un programa tecnológico adecuado tiene como consecuencia la pérdida de suelo cultivable y el empobrecimiento en nutrientes y materia orgánica, dando como resultado bajos rendimientos y poca calidad en los cultivos. El deficiente manejo del ganado y de las praderas, la baja calidad genética de los hatos; la escasa infraestructura y equipamiento productivo y la poca asesoría técnica especializada, tiene como resultado un bajo desempeño productivo que ocasiona una descapitalización de ésta actividad. El apoyo que se destina a los productores por parte del gobierno es proporcionado a los líderes de las organizaciones de productores, dichos líderes abusan del poder que les confiere el estar al frente de las organizaciones quedándose cierto recurso en sus manos y no llegando a su destino final que son los mismos productores. Existe la posibilidad que puedan realizarse convenios con las AI y los pequeños productores, ya que en la mayoría de las ocasiones los intermediarios son los que se quedan con la mayor parte de las ganancias.

With the following diagnostic in the Papaloapan Region it was obtained a wider knowledge of the current situation of the agriculture and of the agroindustries in this region, this because a study of this type doesn't exist. In the study carried out in the States of Veracruz and Oaxaca, were embraced the municipalities of Juan Rodríguez Clara, City Island and José Azueta belonging to the State of Veracruz and Loma Bonita belonging to the State of Oaxaca. For the elaboration of this diagnosis in the Region Piñera of the Papaloapan Region, the following categories were approached that went the methodology to continue for the realization of the I diagnose which were: environment of the agricultural production, types of uses of the floor, forms of uses of the floor, types of producers (cultivated surface, financing source, production costs, commercialization channels) and agriculture types. It was obtained that the lack of a technological appropriate program has as consequence the loss of arable floor and the impoverishment in nutritious and organic matter, giving low yields and little quality as a result in the cultivations. The faulty handling of the livestock and of the prairies, the drop genetic quality of the clusters; the scarce infrastructure and productive equipment and the specialized little technical consultantship, have a first floor productive acting that causes a decapitalization of this activity as a result. The support that is dedicated to the producers on the part of the government is provided to the leaders of the organizations of producers, this leaders abuse of the power that it confers them being to the front of the organizations being certain resource in their hands and not arriving to its final destination that you/they are the same producers. It exists the possibility that you/they can be carried out agreements with AI and the small producers, since in most of the occasions the middlemen they are those that keep most of the earnings.
