El presente estudio fue realizado con la finalidad de evaluar la factibilidad técnico económica y mercadológica para establecer una empacadora de mango en el municipio de Santo Domingo Zanatepec, Oaxaca. El estudio se realizó analizando una serie de aspectos que influyen en la viabilidad del proyecto, estos fueron: Aspectos comerciales, sociales, técnicos, institucionales, orgánicos y administrativos, financieros, económicos y el impacto ambiental que tendría el establecimiento de la empresa. Los resultados del estudio, indican que, el proyecto es viable técnica económica y mercadológicamente. La tendencia de la producción de mango en el municipio mencionado tiende a aumentar en los próximos años, los principales indicadores VPN (7517.0414) y la TIR (43.0456%), nos dice que resulta mejor invertir en el proyecto que en cualquier institución financiera, una relación beneficio costo de 1.4768, esto es, por cada peso que invierte la sociedad, recupera el peso más 0.47 centavos. La inversión total para realizar el proyecto es de $ 3 528 720.00.

The present study was realized by the purpose of evaluating the technical - economic feasibility and mercadologica to establish a packing of handle in the municipality of Santo Domingo Zanatepec, Oaxaca. The study was realized analyzing a series of aspects that influence the viability of proyect, these aspects were: commercial, social, technical, institutional, organic and administrative, financial, economic Aspects and the environmental impact that would have the establishment of the company. The results of the study, they indicate that, the project is viable technical - economic and mercadologicamente. The trend of the production of handle in the mentioned municipality tends to increase in the next years, the principal indicators VPN of (7517.0414) a TIR (43.0456), says to us that it turns out to be better to invest in the project that in any financial institution, a relation benefit cost of 1.4768, this is, for every peso that the society invests, the peso recovers more 0.47 cents. The total investment to realize the project is of $ 3 528 720.00.
