El objetivo principal del presente proyecto, es determinar la rentabilidad económica del establecimiento de una empresa productora de miel de Abeja en el Ejdo Guadalupe Victoria, Amatenango de la Frontera Chiapas, elaborando de mercado regional para producción y venta de miel y subproductos, ello mejorar el nivel de vida de los productores apicolas, fomentando así el aprovechamiento sustentable de la flora melifera y polinifera de la Región. El proyecto se realizo a través de la evaluación del capital humano, fisico, social, y desarrollo económico, para un análisis e identificación del proyecto verificando su rentabilidad y evaluando el diseño con los indicadores financieros VAN, RB/C y TIR. El análisis financiero realizado en este estudio indicó que el proyecto es económicamente rentable, tomando en cuenta los valores obtenidos de los indicadores financieros considerados, como el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) que es igual a $360,834.00, lo cual representa la utilidades que genera el proyecto; la Relación Costo Beneficio (RB/C) es mayor a 1 indicando que por cada peso que se invierta la empresa obtendrá $0.34 y finalmente, la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) indica que el proyecto tendrá una rentabilidad 81.5%, por lo que será mas conveniente invertir en el proyecto que depositar en el Banco. El presente proyecto representa una nueva alternativa de trabajo para productores de la región por lo tanto el impacto social es positivo, siempre y cuando se cumpla con las normas adecuadas y se tenga un proceso de producción eficiente. En téminos ambientales existen tanto impactos positivos como negativos, esta última no tiende a ser significativo tomando en cuenta el tamaño del proyecto mas sin embargo se tomaran las medidas correspondientes para mitigación del daño. --

The main objective of this Project is to determine the economic rentability for the establ1shment of one bee honey Producer Company in the ejido of Guadalupe Victoria, Amatenango of the border Chiapas, elaborat1ng a study of the regional market to the production and sale of honey and its by-products, thus meliorate the standard of life of beekeepers and foment sustainable advantage of the mellifera and pollinifera flora of the region. This project was realized throughout the evaluation of physic, social and human capital, and economic development in order to analyze and to identify this project verifying its rentability and evaluating the design of the financial indicators such as NPV (Net Present Value), C-B R (Cost-benefit Relationship) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The financial analysis realized in this study indicated that the project is economically profitable taking in to account the obtained values of the financial indicators that where considered. In the case of NPV, it's equal to $ 360,834.00 which represents the utilities that this project generates. The C-B R is grater to 1, indicating that by each coin invested the company would obtain $0.34. Finally, IRR indicates that the project would have a rentability of 81.5% reason why it would be better to invest in this project than to deposit in the Bank. The present project represents an alternative of job for the producer of the regional and therefore the social impact is positive, as long as the adapted norms are fulfilled and an efficient production is had. In environmental terms, there are either positive or negative impacts, but the negative ones are not significant taking in to account the size of the project. Nevertheless the corresponding policies will be taked in order to mitigate the damage.
