La formulación y evaluación de proyectos agroindustriales consiste en un estudio de los tressoportes fundamentales que son: el mercado, el abasto de materia prima y la organización social; asimismo el tamano del proyecto y su localización. Lo anterior permite realizar un análisis financiero y su evaluación economica, ésta ultima, incluye la determinación de la rentabilidad y el analisis de riesgo, para finalmente obtener un dictamen sobre la factibilidad de la inversión. Los aspectos más criticos del proyecto son la organización social y la obtención de financiamiento. La empresa objeto de este estudio es una organización de reciente creación, con el objetivo de resolver un problema de comercialización de leche, de productores que trabajan de manera individual, pero que conjuntamente buscan darle un valor agregado a su producto y así impulsar su productividad y su nivel de vida.El financiamiento se puede obtener pues se tienen garantías que pueden respaldar el préstamo. Como resultado de la evaluación se obtuvo una tasa de rentabilidad del proyecto de 100%; el nivel de riesgo que presenta el proyecto es bajo, esto por que la inversión necesaria para poner en marcha el proyecto sólo asciende al monto del capital de trabajo, ya que se cuenta con las instalaciones, el equipo y la obra civil necesarias. Por lo anterior resulta atractivo invertir en este proyecto. Para los productores les resuelve un problema de comercialización y aumenta sus ganancias. This study defines the plant in San Martin' thechnical and economic feasibility of putting into operation a milk pasteurization municipality, Mexico. Netzahualcoyotl village, at Texcoco The agroindustriali consist of the three projects formulation and evaluation market, the raw fundamental supports, namely: the materials supply, and the social organization, as well as the project's size and its location. This allows to perform a financial analysis and its economic evaluation, the latter includes the determination of thi income-yield capacity, and the risk analysis, in order to obtain, at the end, a judgment about the feasibility of the investment. The more critic aspects of the project are the social organization and the financing sources. The enterprice subject of this study is a recently created institution, aiming to solve a milk commercialization problem of producers working individually but searching jointly to grant their product with an added value thus promoting their productivity and their life status. Financing may be obtained because there are warranties backing the loan. As a result of the evaluation, the project got a 100% income-yield capacity rate, a low risk level, this caused by the fact that the investment necessary to put into operation the project amounts only the work capital, because we count on the need facilities, equipment, and civil works. Therefore, it comes attractive to invest on this project.
