N2  - El presente estudio reúne un conjunto de antecedentes, técnicos económicos y sociales para determinar la factibilidad, rentabilidad y nivel de riesgo de establecer una planta productora de champiñón en el municipio de Tecali de Herrera, Puebla. Para este proyecto se determinó que es necesaria una inversión de $699,823. 83 siendo $643,979.11 de inversión fija y $55,844.72 de capital de trabajo, del cual los socios aportarán un monto de $180,000.00, y el resto se obtendrá vía crédito, a través de tres instituciones; FONAES aportará $29,190.85, FOCIR aportara $233,041.33 y FIRCO aportará $257,591.64, mediante créditos refaccionarios; tras analizar su comportamiento, los indicadores financieros obtenidos fueron: una VAN de $727,865.22, y una TIR de 18.62%, el análisis de sensibilidad nos mostró que el proyecto no presenta flexibilidad, sin embargo, no se consideró la venta de los residuos de la producción, los cuales se pueden comercializar como abonos orgánicos. Finalmente se concluye que la instalación y puesta en marcha de este proyecto es técnica, económica, social y ambientalmente factible. --; This study has as its purpose to collect a join of technical economic and social antecedents, to determine the feasibility, profitability and the risk level for the establishment of producing plant of champinon in the municipality of Tecali de Herrera, Puebla. For this project one determined that an investment of $699,823 is necessary. 83 being $643.979,11 of fixed investment and $55.844,72 of work capital, of which the partners will contribute an amount of $180.000,00, and the rest will be obtained via credit, through three institutions; FONAES will contribute $29.190,85, FOCIR contributed $233.041,33 and FIRCO will contribute $257.591,64, by means of repairing credits, and after analyzing their behavior, the obtained financial indicator were: a VAN of $727.865,22, and TIR of 18,62%, the sensitivity analysis showed to us that the project does not present/display flexibility, nevertheless, did not consider the sale of the remainders of the production, which can be commercialized like organic installments. Finally you conclude that the installation and setting in march of this project are technically, economically, social and environmentally feasible.
