Departamento de Ingeniería Agroindustrial, d2010  aBibliografía: hojas 77-7913aEl presente proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la factibilidad, rentabilidad y nivel de riesgo de establecer una empacadora y enlatadora de chile manzano en escabeche, para darle valor agregado en Altotonga, Veracruz. En la línea de acondicionamiento de chile manzano empacado, se determinó que es necesaria una inversión de $968,102.00 y tras analizar su comportamiento en un horizonte de 10 años, los indicadores financieros fueron una TIR de 66.34%; un VAN de $6,824,754.00 y una relación B/C de 1.39, por lo que se concluyó que es factible. En la línea de producción de chile manzano enlatado, se requiere una inversión de $2,875,000.00, al realizar la evaluación se obtuvieron los siguientes indicadores: un VAN negativo de $157,441.00; una relación B/C de 0.99; y una TIR de 8.45 menor a la TREMA, por lo que se concluyó que esta línea de producción no es factible. El análisis de sensibilidad para la línea de acondicionamiento de chile manzano empacado, indicó que aún cuando el precio de las materias primas e insumos  aumenten, el valor de la TIR y el VAN, en la evaluación siguen siendo aceptables. --13aThis project has objetive to determine the feasibility, profitability and de risk level establishing a packing and canning of apple peppers for giving added value in the municipality of Altotonga, state of Veracruz, Mexico. In the packing line of apple pepper is was determined that it is necessary an investment of $968,102.31 mexican pesos and after analyzing their behavior in a ten years old horizon, the obtained financial indicator were a VAN of $6,824,754.28, a relation B/C of 1.39 and a TIR of 66.34%, for that concluded this conditioning line it is feasible. In the  production line of canned apple pepper was determined that it is necessary an investment of $2,875,000.00 mexican pesos. After of to realize the evaluation, the obtained the following financial indicator were a VAN negative $157,441.28; a relation B/C of 0.99; a TIR of 8.45%, this interest rate is less the TREMA, for that concluded this production line is not feasible.
