DE C. V.. ubicada en le municipio de Uman, Estado de Yucatán, pretende la adición de una nueva línea de producción para diversificar sus productos de chile habanero e incrementar suo ingresos, se realizo un estudio para determinar la factibilidad técnico-económica de la misma. La materia prima que es el chile habanero se obtiene a través de productores que tienen realizado contratos directos con la empresa, la cantidad necesaria para la elaboración de los chiles habanero en escabeche, es de 69.0 Kq. Por día, con lo cual se obtienen un total de 69 cajas de 12 piezas de 200 g. cada uno de producto terminado. El total de capital de trabajo necesario es de 98,356 pesos la cual se cubre a través de un crédito de avío proporcionado por F.l.R.A El factor de riesgo mas importante son los fenómenos climatológicos y el abasto de materia prima.
