N2  - La simulación es una técnica que muestra cómo construir modelos de una situación real, con la alternativa de realizar experimentos que, de otra forma, serian imposibles o demasiado costosos. En la actualidad existen múltiples aplicaciones de la simulación, los juegos de negocios son un tipo de simulación muy importante cuyo desarrollo se ha enfocado en la industria manufacturera la cual no maneja productos perecederos como en el caso de la Industria de alimentos, ésto crea la necesidad de identificar las variables que provocan un comportamiento diferente entre ambos tipos de industria, para plantear un modelo inicial de la empresa agroindustrial con base a las variables que determinan su comportamiento. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de los temas: modelos, simulación, juegos de negocios, el sistema empresa agroindustrial y modelos de gestión estratégica. Se elaboró y aplicó un formato de encuesta, se aplicó un análisis de componentes principales, se realizó un contraste entre variables de los dos tipos de industria y se planteó el modelo de gestión estratégica para una empresa agroindustrial. El modelo de la empresa agroindustrial está constituido por 19 variables dependientes, de las 56 variables independientes propuestas en el formato de encuesta 31 se incluyen en él; 14 afectan internamente a la empresa y 17 a su entorno, lo Cual da como resultado un modelo que difiere en su estructura al de la industria manufacturera y constituye una base para la generación de un juego de negocios. --; Simulation is a technique which shows how to set up models of a real situation, whit the alternative of realizing test that in other way, should be impossible or too expensive. Now a days, there are a multiple applications of simulation, business games are a kind of simulation very important which development has been fowsed on the manufacturer industry which doesn't handle perishable products is in case of food industry, this create the need to identify the variables which cause a different behaviour between both kinds of industry to set up an initial model of the agroindustrial enterprise based on the variables that determine it's behaviour. It has been realized bibliographic review about the themes: models, simulation, business games, enterprise agroindustrial system and strategic management models. It has been work out and applied a suvey format, it has been applied an analysis of principal components. It has been realized a contrast between variables from both kinds of industry and set out the strategic management model for an agroindustrial enterprise. The model of the agroindustrial enterprise is set up by 19 dependent variables, from the 56 variables independent proposed in the survey format, 31 are included on it;, 19 affect internally the enterprise and 17 to it's environment, which gives as a result a model, that differ on it's structure from the one manufacturer industry and constitute a base for the generation of a business game.
