  <abstract>Se evaluó la combinación del tratamiento hidrotérmico (TH:46.1 °C / 70 min) y el antagonismo de Pichia guilliermondii (9, 42, 71, 89, MN, MNH, MZC, CDBB-932 y C-04568) para el control de antracnosis en mango "Ataulfo". Las cepas de P. guilliermondii se genotipificaron con PCR-ISSR (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Inter Simple Sequence Repeats). El efecto de la combinación del TH y P. guilliermondii se evaluó en pruebas in vitro. Se analizó el área de crecimiento de C. gloeosporioides, con el software Image J. Las pruebas in vivo se realizaron en frutos naturalmente y artificialmente infectados con C. gloeosporioides y se evaluó el porcentaje de severidad. La cepa 42 tuvo menor similitud genética con el resto de las cepas. La combinación del TH y P. guilliermondii es una alternativa para el control de C. gloeosporioides en mango "Ataulfo" lográndose eficacias de 96.8 % con el tratamiento TH+Pichia 42. --</abstract>
  <abstract>The combining of hydrothermal treatment (TH: 46.1 °C / 70 min) and Pichia. guilliermondii antagonism; 9, 42, 71, 89, MN, MNH, MZC, CDBB-932 and C-04568 was assessed to manage the agent causing C. gloeosporioides anthracnose in "Ataulfo" mango. P. guilliermondii strains were genotypicaly compared with PCR-ISSR (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Inter Simple Sequence Repeats). The effect of combining hydrothermal treatment and P. guilliermondii was assessed by means of in vitro tests. Growth area of C. gloeosporioides was analyzed with Image J software. In vivo tests were performed in "Ataulfo" mango, artificially inoculated and naturally infected with C. gloeosporioide from wich the percentage of anthracnose severity was assessed. The strain 42 had a lower degree of genetic similarity than the rest of the strains assessed. Combining hydrothermal treatment (46.1 °C / 70 min) and P. guilliermondii is an alternative for handling C. gloeosporioides in "Ataulfo" mango, obtaining 96.8 % of efficacy with treatment (TH+Pichia 42).</abstract>
