  <controlfield tag="001">IA_Isolation of Rhizobium, was made from nodules of alfalfa. In the laboratory, washed and disinfected the nodules and then crushed in a solution of 3% peptone. Of this solution with rhizobia, were taken handle bacterial and planted in the middle ELMA. The plates were incubated at 35 &#xB0; C for 48 hours. Then made periodic replanting in the same culture medium for purification of the strain. Was determined the colonial and microscopic morphology of the strain, and subsequently cultured in liquid (broth yeast extract-mannitol), the incubation time was 72 hours, at the end of which, cells were separated by centrifugation at 1500 rpm for 15 minutes, performing three washes with NaCl21%.The cell pack was refrigerated for subsequent development and testing of inoculant.</controlfield>
