De acuerdo a los datos obtenidos, se determinó que el proyecto es factible desde el punto de vista económico, técnico y social, debido a que existen los medios necesarios y condiciones favorables en cuanto a disponibilidad de mano de obra, materia prima, vías de acceso y mercado potencial. The present work was carried out in order to see the feasibility to establish a yogurt processing plant in the municipality of Ocotlán, Jalisco for Alianza Ganadera of the Ciénega.
