The Region of Tehuacán is located southeast of México, is an indigenous region as though the federal government is listed as township low marginalization, there is an asymmetrical distribution of wealth, with a local and foreign oligarchy with enormous economic power and a population generally poor. In addition to environmental factors such as topography complicate obtaining primary production, in which the population is forced to migrate in search of better jobs to support their families. A solution to these problems is the use and exploitation of natural resources offered by the region, so that the installation of a packer and processor of pitaya (stenocereus pruinosus ) and pitaya ( Hylocereus undatus ) is proposed , which are not native fruit require complex technological packages for production , also have the advantage that their marketing is very attractive inside and outside the country for the benefits to health. The baler was located in the town of Lopez Tapanco where producers will own it to increase profits by eliminating the copying of the marketing chain. This project evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of the installation of the baler. Throughout its development it has been determined that the initial investment must be 2,970,430.00, which is obtained from government support, a credit of accoutrement and resources. The financial evaluation has shown that for a TREMA of 12.98 % VAN to be obtained in the sixth year of production is 1, 762,180.00, the ratio B/C is 1.04 and TIR of 32.50 %. In addition, the environmental impact assessment shows that the project is not significantly harmful to the environment. All these indicators to deduce that the project is viable.ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD TECNICO-ECONOMICO PARA LA220117s xx 000 0 und d a185914 aDisponible en PDF aEntrepreneurship 9148030 aEnvasado de alimentos 9147758 aFood packaging 9147981 aFood processing9147896 aHylocereus undatus 957088 aIniciativa empresarial 9148031 aProcesamiento de alimentos 9147897 aStenocereus 9109642 aEspejel Zaragoza, José Alfredo, asesor91636971 aMartínez Mosqueda, Francisco9148600 aSzymanski Duque, Rosa Guadalupe, asesor 9163684 cTESIS M663 2015 c185914d185914
