  <controlfield tag="001">IA_The purpose of this work was to evaluate the weight loss in mango pulp samples (1 and 2 mm, 80 and 85 &#xB0; C), using a modification to the Refractance Window &#x2122;, as a dehydrator. 87 % weight loss results and a moisture content were obtained for the best treatment of 14.5 %.</controlfield>
