En este proyecto lo que se quiere realizar es una nueva forma de consumir la carne de este tipo de ganado, así como innovar los productos ya establecidos en el mercado, estudiando este mismo para ver las posibilidades de establecer el producto en el comercio. Los sistemas comerciales deben ser redituables, puesto que se implementan como una manera de generar recursos económicos; por lo tanto, se evalúan en términos de las utilidades logradas, que provienen de los ingresos obtenidos por la venta de pie de cría, corderos, leche y lana. Pero el sistema más rentable es el que tiene una menor relación costo/beneficio.

In this project, what is wanted is a new way of consuming the meat of this type of livestock, as well as innovate the products already established in the market, studying this same to see the possibilities of establishing the product in the trade. Commercial systems must be profitable, since they are implemented to generate economic resources; therefore, they are evaluated in terms of the profits obtained, which come from the income obtained from the sale of breeding stock, lambs, milk and wool. But the most profitable system is the one that has a lower cost / benefit ratio.
