En el presente documento se propone una metodología para la constitución de una unidad de inspección de buenas prácticas de manufactura en materia de salud animal, para esto se debe instaurar el objeto de la organización, las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas y, en su caso, los Estándares y Normas Internacionales, u otras disposiciones legales que se pretenden evaluar, indicando la materia, sector, rama, campo o actividad respectiva y describir los servicios que pretenden prestar y los procedimientos a utilizar. La unidad de inspección también debe demostrar que cuentan con la adecuada capacidad jurídica, técnica, administrativa, financiera, material y humana, en relación con los servicios de inspección, así como con los procedimientos de gestión de calidad y técnicos, que garanticen el desempeño de sus funciones. Su plan de negocios para los siguientes doce meses, con la justificación respectiva; incluyendo, entre otros, una estimación de los servicios de Evaluación de la Conformidad que se llevaran a cabo y la infraestructura que utilizará para ello.

This document establishes the methodology for the constitution of a unit for the inspection of good manufacturing practices in animal health, for this the purpose of the organization, the Official Mexican Norms and, where appropriate, the Standards must be established, and International Standards, or other legal provisions that are intended to be evaluated, indicating the respective matter, sector, branch, field or activity and describe the services that they intend to provide and the procedures to be used. The inspection unit must also demonstrate that they have adequate legal, technical, administrative, financial, material and human capacity in relation to inspection services, as well as quality management and technical procedures, which guarantee the performance of its functions.
