The indicators to qualify were: Compliance Order, Weight Compliance, Complaints, Microbiological, Physicochemical Compliance and Compliance Goals of milk per day. With these indicators was intended to obtain greater discipline in the labor of work of operators and supervisors, higher yields, acquire better quality products and that the delivery to the customers in the lines were closer to 100%.
