La cunicultura en zonas rurales contribuye en la solución de la seguridad alimentaria y representa un ingreso económico extra por la venta de sus conejos. La propuesta de un rastro de conejo permitirá que los cunicultores tengan un lugar fijo y seguro donde vender sus conejos. El personal para este proyecto, en su mayoría, será de la comunidad de Magueyitos. El rastro ofertará su producto a centros comerciales, restaurantes, mercados locales y carnicerías, el producto cumplirá estrictamente con todas las normas establecidas para la obtención de una canal de conejo inocua y de buena calidad. El potencial de consumo de carne de conejo, en Veracruz (región capital), genera una diferencia anual de 25.42 t, indicando la necesidad de ampliar la producción y el mercado, con ayuda de estrategias de publicidad. La organización administrativa estará conformada por cincos socios, tres de ellos son cunicultores, que tienen intención de llevar a cabo este proyecto. El análisis de impacto ambiental que provocará este proyecto en su ejecución será mínimo. Para el proyecto se determinó una inversión inicial de $ 3,347,825.40 MXN. La evaluación de rentabilidad se ajustó para un periodo de cinco años, se obtuvieron los siguientes indicadores financieros, a una tasa mínima aceptable de rendimiento del 17.8%: valor actual neto de 987,109.54, a una tasa interna de retorno de 28% y una relación beneficio/costo de 1.19. El tiempo de recuperación de la inversión será de 2 años y 5 meses. Con todo este conjunto de antecedentes permiten juzgar que la propuesta de inversión para un rastro y empacadora de conejo, en Altotonga, Veracruz, es factible para su ejecución y puesta en marcha. --

The administrative organization will be conformed of five associates, three of them rabbit-breeders, who intend to carry out this project. The environmental impact analysis that this project will cause in their execution will be minimal. For the project, an initial investment of $ 3,347,825.40 MXN was determined. The evaluation of profitability was adjusted for a period of five years, the following financial indicators were obtained, at a minimum acceptable rate of return of 17.8%: net present value of 987.109.54, an internal rate of return of 28% and a benefit / cost ratio of 1.19.
