1. Plano actual de la empresa

Debido a la inestabilidad gerencial que se presenta constantemente en las empresas agroalimentarias, no siendo la excepción la Galletera Richaud Hermanos, S. A. de C.V. es necesario que la gerencia de esta empresa tenga presente las situaciones adversas que afectan su eficiencia total., por tal motivo, el presente estudio consistió en aplicar la técnica Análisis Factorial que propone el Banco de México, el cual se rige por el mínimo de Liebeg: "una operación desarrollada poco eficientemente limita la eficiencia global de la empresa". El estudio consistió en realizar un diagnóstico de la galletera Richaud Hermanos S.A. de C.V. con el fin de conocer y detectar las causas de ineficiencia. Una vez realizado el diagnóstico, se identificó el factor de operación que afecta más al éxito de la empresa. Encontrando que fue "Los medios de producción", y se proponen alternativas de solución como son: un cambio total de la empresa o invertir parte de las ganancias para lograr mejoras, con el fin de superar la problemática que limita la potencialidad de la empresa. Además, se pretende que el presente diagnóstico permita a la gerencia de la galletera, con mas tradición en el sur de México, conozca su situación actual y las deficiencias internas y externas que no le permiten tener una mayor competitividad con las demás empresas galleteras, pero, sobre todo, que se dé la continuidad a las políticas gerenciales para que n0 haya retroceso, pero si avances generales de toda la empresa. Una vez conocida la situación actual de la Galletera Richaud Hermanos S.A de C.V. se retomó para generar estrategias alternativas de solución las Cuales se realizaron mediante el uso de la matriz DAFO (debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades); encontrándose estrategias: sobrevivencia, defensivas, adaptativas y ofensivas que se proponen para que la empresa pueda ser más Competitiva en Comparación con otros grupos galleteros importantes del sureste mexicano. --

The management instability in the agro-alimetary companies is a constant. Biscuit bakery Richaud Hermanos, S.A. de C.V. is the exXception; therefore, it is necessary management recognize the adverse situation that affect total efficiency of the company. By this reason, the present study applied the technic of factorial analysis proposed by the Bank of Mexico. The technic has the maxim of Liebeg, which says One little operation developed with litle efficiency limits the global efficiency of the company". This study diagnosted the company to identify the main restricting factors of everyday operation at the biscuit baker Richaud Hermanos, S.A. de C.V. Under this scenario it was found that " means of production" with the technic used it was the most important cause of inefficiency in the operation of the company. An alternative to overcome this problem is a total change of the company or invest part of the company profit to improve the infraestructure. In adition, this diagnostic ailows biscuit bakery -management with the longest tradition in southern Mexico- to know its present situation and internal and external factors that limit its competitivity with other biscuit bakery companies. The advance of the company is expected. Once the present situation of the biscuit bakery Richaud Hermanos, S.A de C. V. it was taken again to generate alternatives solution strategies of the use of the SWOT matrix (streggths, weakness, opportunities and threats) the next strategies found: survival, defensive, adaptative and offensive, and they are proposed so that the company can be competitive with other groups biscuit bakery important in southern Mexico.
